BERLIN, Feb 7 (PRIME) – German firms can leave Russia massively because of orders for foreigners to take the COVID-19 tests constantly and over the threat of further anti-Russian sanctions due to the situation in Ukraine, dpa news agency reported on February 5 quoting the German–Russian Chamber of Commerce.
Currently, 3,651 companies with the German ownership work in Russia with their number falling by 8% last year. In the last 10 years their number fell by 42%, the news agency reported.
